Executive Chef and owner, David, has a passion for his business and the quality of food delivered from his kitchen. Together with Head Chef Damian personally oversee the design of all seasonal menus with, the choice of suppliers and all team recruitment.
Kasia has an equal passion for the restaurant trade and has extensive experience in front-of-house management. Her attention to detail, staff development and gaining a sound understanding of Tabou’s customers has ensured the restaurant delivers impeccable service to its loyal customers.
Damian is a highly skilled professional cook who oversees the operations of a restaurant or dining facility. He is responsible for the food that comes out of a kitchen, from conception to execution.
Wojciech is part of the Café Tabou ‘family’ and is the front-of-house supervisor. His organizational skills, thorough knowledge, and understanding of the restaurant and drinks trade, and approachable manner ensure a focus on customer service excellence and the assurance that your dining experience at Café Tabou will be an all-around memorable one. He also excels in his cocktail-making skills and has an enviable reputation within the local drinks sector for this.
