Mateusz is a highly skilled professional cook who oversees the operations of a restaurant or dining facility. He is responsible for the food that comes out of a kitchen, from conception to execution.
Julia is the front-of-house manager. Her organizational skills, thorough knowledge, understanding of the restaurant and drinks trade, and approachable manner ensure a focus on customer service excellence and the assurance that your dining experience at Café Tabou will be an all-around memorable one. Julia also excels in his cocktail-making skills and has an enviable reputation within the local drinks sector for this.
Amadeus is an important figure in the restaurant, thanks to his vast experience in Cafe Tabou, over a decade, he has an ability to introduce a unique taste sensation by combining modernity with traditional French cuisine. He is involved in the creation of the menu and its entire implementation, by assisting our Head Chef from the beginning to the end.
Wojciech oversees the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, due to his wealth of experience in the trade, Wojciech is able to introduce new ideas and deals mainly with the organization of the entire project. Wojciech started his adventure in front of the house at Cafe Tabou a decade ago building his background through all the levels necessary for efficient management.
